Free Demolition Estimates
Every structure, site, and access situation is different, so every estimate we give is custom — and free. Here’s how we figure a fair number.
Why We Don’t Publish a Price List
Demolition can’t be honestly priced off a chart. A small shed and a two-story house aren’t in the same universe, and even two houses the same size can price very differently depending on construction type, access, how close they sit to other buildings and power lines, whether the foundation and slab come out, and how far the debris has to be hauled.
So we do the honest thing instead: we look at the job, tell you what’s involved, and give you a written estimate. Free, no obligation, no pressure — and haul-off is always included in the number.
What Affects the Price
- Size and type of structure — square footage, stories, and whether it’s wood-frame, block, brick, or steel
- Foundation and slab — leaving them versus pulling them out changes the job significantly
- Site access — can equipment get to it, and how tight is the lot
- Proximity to other structures and utilities — controlled teardown near neighboring buildings and power lines takes more care
- Utility disconnects and permits — coordinated as part of the job
- Materials and disposal — volume of debris and where it has to be hauled
- Concrete — thickness and reinforcement change how it’s broken out and hauled
- Land clearing and grading — if the scope includes clearing and rough-grading the lot
- Hazardous materials — if an inspection flags asbestos or similar, licensed abatement is handled first (we’ll tell you if it applies)
What to Expect From an Estimate
- You call or message us. Tell us the address, what the structure is, rough size, and what you’re trying to do.
- We look at the site. For nearby Jackson properties, a site walk; for out-of-town owners, clear photos plus a few details work.
- We tell you what’s involved. Permits, disconnects, whether the slab comes out, how the debris gets handled — no mystery.
- We give a written estimate. Teardown, hauling, and cleanup in one number, with anything unusual itemized.
- You decide. No pressure either way.
- We schedule the work. Once permits and disconnects are set, we get you on the calendar.
Haul-Off Is Always Included
This is the big one, and the place cheap bids hide the ball: getting every load off your property. Our estimates include dumpster and debris haul-off and disposal, every time. You’re not paying us to knock a building down and leave you with the rubble.
Commercial & Contractor Accounts
For developers, general contractors, and property managers, we work from a written scope, provide certificates of insurance, and coordinate our window around the rest of the project. Here’s our commercial demolition page.
